We finally know where Megan Markle and Prince Harry have settled down in LA.

According to Page Six, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex settled their small family into Serra Retreat. This is actually in Malibu but what is interesting about this place is that it is actually a hotspot for the paparazzi. This area is home to many celebrities including legends like James Cameron, Dick Van Dyke, pop stars like Britney Spears, and more. So it would be understandable that there would always be a photographer or two in the area hoping to get a picture of celebrities. Meghan and Harry should expect them at the exits of the gated community all the time. They might expect that they would be hounded by them, and there is even a suggestion that maybe they can work out a deal so that it will not escalate to the point that it will become deadly.

Everyone knows that Harry's beloved mother Diana, Princess of Wales lost her life in a paparazzi chase. Harry himself has claimed his loathe for such practices. He and his wife are not big fans of tabloids where the paparazzi usually sell their pictures. They have just cut off ties with British tabloids and claimed that they would no longer be working with any of their journalists. But they do some critics who seem to deem it somewhat hypocritical to cut off British tabloids only to settle in a place where they will surely be hounded by paparazzi wherever they go.

The couple moved to the US from Canada last month, just before the borders between both countries were closed. By April 1, they have finally freed themselves from their roles as senior members of the royal family. They seem to be transitioning well into their new life. Not only have they moved into their new home but they even took time to volunteer to help during this pandemic.

Their son, Archie, will also be celebrating his first birthday here in America. They were reportedly supposed to fly back to the UK in order to be with the royals for a celebration, but the coronavirus pandemic has put a stop to these plans. Instead, the couple will just be staying at home, but they are planning to release a new picture of Archie in time for his birthday, as reported by Cosmopolitan. No word yet on where it will be posted as the two will no longer be allowed to use their Sussex Royal Instagram account.
