Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are already having issues even before they tie the knot.

According to Woman’s Day, the couple couldn’t agree on their prenup. Lopez allegedly wants Rodriguez to sign the document, but the athlete is taking his sweet time before doing so.

A source told the tabloid that Lopez is so used to marrying relatively unknown spouses so she’s never had a problem making them sign a prenup. Rodriguez, on the other hand, is also famous so he’s consulting with his lawyers before agreeing to the terms in the prenup.

And there’s a so-called cheating clause in the prenup that Rodriguez just couldn’t accept. Lopez is allegedly demanding her fiancé to pay her $250,000 in the event that he becomes unfaithful.

However, Rodriguez’s lawyers are allegedly insisting that he fights this cheating clause. But doing so also means that his and Lopez’s relationship is starting to get strained even before they tie the knot.

Gossip Cop immediately reached out to a source close to Lopez and was told that the tabloid’s claims are incorrect. It is not true that Lopez and Rodriguez are having problems in their relationship.

And even though it’s possible for the couple to eventually sign a prenup, it is not true that the World of Dance judge included a cheating clause in the document.

Meanwhile, Woman’s Day has published several dubious claims about Lopez and Rodriguez even before they tie the knot.

Last year, they published a photo of Lopez wearing a wedding gown and claimed that she and Rodriguez have secretly tied the knot. But an entire year has passed and no wedding has taken place.

In fact, while Lopez was quarantining, she confirmed that her wedding to Rodriguez has been postponed. She also said that she’s in no rush to tie the knot because she’s been married a few times before.

Earlier this year, the same tabloid claimed that Lopez told Rodriguez that their wedding is off. The mom of twins, Max and Emme were allegedly upset after losing at the Golden Globes that she took all her anger out on Rodriguez.

Following the awards show, Lopez allegedly told Rodriguez that their wedding is off. But the baseball star is hoping that Lopez would change her mind after she cools down.

None of these claims are true because Lopez and Rodriguez’s wedding will still push through. And they will most likely share the news with their fans.
