Queen Elizabeth has, reportedly, sent Prince Harry and Meghan Markle a clear message after she refused to grant her grandson’s request to attend the Remembrance Sunday.

While speaking with E! News, royal commentator Morgan Stewart said that the queen has always been very accommodating when it comes to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s requests.

Even though Stewart cannot give concrete examples, she said that the queen still made it a point to include the couple into the royal fold even after they decided to quit The Firm.

But after Prince Harry and Markle continued disappointing her with their decisions and engagements, it became clear that the queen has finally put her foot down.

Her refusal to allow Prince Harry to participate at the Remembrance Sunday was, reportedly, a clear indication that she’s willing to cut ties with him and Markle for good. After all, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are no longer considered as working royals.

Stewart said that it was quite nice to see the queen finally drawing the line. After all, it seemed as though she was willing to make some compromises with Prince Harry and Markle when they first quit The Firm in January.

But even though Prince Harry was banned from participating in the royal family’s Remembrance Sunday gathering, he made sure to commemorate the important occasion in Los Angeles.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex laid flowers at the Los Angeles Cemetery. However, their efforts were criticized by royal experts and royal fans who called it a publicity stunt.

Meanwhile, the queen and Prince Harry have, reportedly, been good on terms even after the latter’s Megxit. In fact, in the queen’s statement, she said that she fully supports her grandson’s decision to live a more private life.

However, the relationship between the queen and Prince Harry, reportedly, changed after the latter commented on the US elections. In September, the Duke of Sussex urged American voters to not support those who engage in hate speech and misinformation.

The palace released a statement shortly after Prince Harry made his comments by saying that his words were personal.

They also stressed the fact that Prince Harry is no longer a working member of the royal family so whatever he says during his interviews and engagements do not reflect the stand of The Firm.

Even though Prince Harry commented on the US elections, he was unable to cast a vote because he’s not an American citizen.
