The relationship between royal brothers Prince William and Prince Harry has been strained for some time now. Rumors of the two on terrible terms have been circulating ever since Harry and Meghan announced their exit from the royal family.

In Robert Lacey’s newest book, ‘Battle of Brothers,’ he delves into the history of Willaim and Harry’s feud, and there have been some interesting revelations in the bombshell tell-all.

According to Lacey, Prince William had given up supporting his younger brother in his choices during his time as a working royal.

The third-in-line to the thrones was supposedly admitted to one of his closest confidants regarding his true feelings regarding his relationship with Harry.

"I've put my arm around his shoulder all our lives together, I can’t do it anymore,” Admitted Prince William to one of his friends, reported by Yahoo News.

Lacey reveals that William’s frustration became overwhelming after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle deliberately misled the public on Archie Harrison’s birth announcement.

Claims of Harry and Meghan ordering Palace officials to announce a different time of Archie’s birth has been reported in the past weeks. However, these claims are yet to be confirmed.

This misleading statements by the Palace in order to appease Meghan and Harry was said to have hit a nerve with Prince William.

There have also been suggestions that William was palpably mad over the lies that Meghan and Harry carried out during Archie’s pregnancy and eventual birth that he did not visit his nephew until eight days later.

Brother Prince William and Prince Harry’s feud is regarded as a big failure from the royal firm, as news has it that the Queen is trying her best to reconcile everyone’s differences.

Furthermore, it has been revealed that the feud between the brothers has been going on much longer than what is believed.

Prince Harry’s comments during a documentary of his and Meghan Markle’s royal tour in Africa by ITv showed the public that he and William were already on different paths.

Harry reportedly said that ‘he loves his brother very much,’ and that it is unfortunate ‘that they are in different paths.’

Just like their relationship with the media, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have had a bitter relationship with the UK media while Prince William works hand in hand with them.

The Royal firm is hoping that the brothers will make amends before this year ends.
