DaniLeigh is all set to drop her upcoming album, Movie and reflected on the challenges she had to come across while creating her mark in the industry. The 25-year-old singer and songwriter revealed her vision during a video chat with Melicia Johnson.

The Dominican singer said that she loves to win, change her often look, work really hard, dress up well, love dancing, inspiring others, and do her own makeup. DaniLeigh admitted that she is a workaholic and very ambitious person while she also addressed herself as creative.

She further noted that she is exactly like her mother, who is also a hard-working person and raised her in a way that she wants to do things for others. DaniLeigh reflected on the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and said this is the time when people are discouraged the most.

"I know people are probably so discouraged and everything like that, so I feel like this is the time to just sit down and get creative," she explained. Moreover, she opened up about her future ideas and disclosed how she wants to be a “boss woman."

DaniLeigh referred to other female singers whom she looks up to, such as Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, and Rihanna. She said these women are so inspirational as they work extremely hard on their craft while she acknowledged how difficult it is to be a woman.

However, she said that it is easy to dislike women, but to make it big, she wants to achieve in her career. When asked about the problems celebrities have to face being popular such as excessive coverage of personal life, the singer admitted that it bothers her.

She referred to the relationships of her own that made headlines. The singer said that she wants to concentrate on the brands she is associated with and work hard for them and her own personality. However, she accepted the fact that it is a by-product that comes with fame.

DaniLeigh said that she understands keeping her relationships private makes people more curious to know about her love life. Although she always prefers to express her feeling through her work. She explained that her private life is not supposed to be shared with anyone as she likes to keep it low-key. She urged her fans to focus only on her music and not her private life.
