Many Trump supporters have slammed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry after it was revealed the Duchess of Sussex once tweeted that she was going to leave the US if Trump won back in 2016.

Now, several of the pair’s haters, as well as Trump supporters, have brought up the issue once again. Tweeting that Meghan should keep her promise and leave the US.

The royal pair made a big hubbub after they made controversial comments on their appearance for the Time’s 100 Most Influential People.

Both Meghan Markle and Prince Harry commented on the coming US Presidential elections. Although the couple did not mention any name, many believe that Harry and Meghan are Biden supporters.

In 2016 Meghan Markle tweeted several messages that denounced Trump's beliefs. She branded the incumbent president as ‘misogynistic,’ and later on, tweeted that she will leave the US if Trump won.

It so happened that Markle’s TV show at that time, ‘Suits’, was being taped in Canada. The then actress revealed during an interview that she was to stay for good in Canada in 2016, which did happen.

Now, many are urging the couple to leave, saying that Trump will have a landslide win.

“Meghan Markle and Prince Harry when you pack and leave after a Trump Landslide... Take these other YAHOOS with you. Thanks,” Tweeted one user of the social media platform uploading photos of the Duke and Duchess and other Biden supporter celebrities.

Another user mentioned the Duchess and called her ‘pretentious’ and not keeping her promise of moving out of the country.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were put on the map of politics after a republican representative mentioned the couple in one of his interviews.

Donald Trump as well commented on the couple’s engagements that had a political atmosphere, saying that he is ‘not a big fan’ of Meghan, and even going as far as telling Prince Harry to be careful around the Duchess.

There have been several reports regarding Meghan’s continuous dabbling with politics. After their controversial events in the past months, the Palace was warned about their upheaval. But it is believed that Harry and Meghan will continue talking about the US's current political atmosphere.

A representative of the Sussex’s has mentioned to Fox News that the royal pair will most likely continue the political activism beyond the presidential elections.

This has lead to the increasing rumors that Meghan will run for office in the next election.
