Kate Middleton Confesses of Telling 'This Lie' to Her Kids During Coronavirus Lockdown
Kate Middleton has shared how she has been teaching her three kids amid the coronavirus lockdown. Her tact with the children has surprised several royal fans.
The Duchess of Cambridge was being interviewed by the BBC recently. She revealed that she has not been entirely honest with her kids about the latter’s daily routine during the lockdown.
Middleton also confessed during this recent interview that she had told a lie to her kids so that they can be kept motivated while studying at home. Middleton divulged: “We don’t actually tell the children we’ve actually kept going through the holidays.” The Duchess added that she feels very mean to have done so.
Prince William’s wife added that they maintain a “strict routine” at home. She also said that their three children have been doing their schoolwork even during the Easter break.
Middleton was apprehensive that had her kids taken a break from their studies, they would have struggled to get back to their old routine. Prince William and Kate Middleton’s elder two children Prince George and Princess Charlotte go to the exclusive St. Thomas Preparatory School in Battersea at present.
The royal family celebrated their youngest child Prince Louis’s second birthday last Thursday amid the lockdown. The Cambridges shared an adorable photo of the young prince with paint on his hands on Instagram.
The entire family was also seen on television cheering for the frontline workers of NHS later on. It has been reported that the Duke of Cambridge and his wife want their kids to be brought up as “normal” people.
The Duke shared that Prince George is yet to be told that he is third in line to the British monarchy. At present, George is only concentrating on making friends at school and attending classes.
Meanwhile, the Duchess is in charge of managing the homeschooling of their two eldest kids and ensuring that Prince Louis has playtimes in abundance, Daily Express reports. According to a source, it is the Duchess who is in control of “most of the teaching.” The source added: “She spends time every day doing something with them.
The couple is residing at Anmer Hall in Norfolk where they are engaged in charity works. Prince William and Middleton are also part of various projects via social media and video calls.
According to another report by Daily Express, when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle separated from the royal life to start a new life for themselves, many royal fans thought that Prince William and his wife would ask Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie to help them with royal engagements. However, that may not happen as it has been alleged that Kate Middleton had a disagreement with Princess Beatrice at a charity event in 2008.
