Kim Kardashian revealed on her social media page that she has voted in the 2020 Presidential elections. However, the million-dollar question is who the reality TV star has voted for this year. Did she vote for husband, Kanye West?

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has not been consistent in her support for any particular political party. Her political leanings have been changing over the years. So, it is not easy to guess who she voted for in this year’s Presidential elections. 

In an interview given to The Guardian in 2012, the beauty mogul declared herself a “liberal Republican.” However, she voted for Barack Obama then although he was a Democratic. She mentioned the reason for casting her ballot in favor of Obama was because she did not like Mitt Romney’s attitude on gay marriages.

Before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kardashian appeared on David Letterman’s Netflix series titled My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. The KKW Beauty owner was asked to give a clarification for supporting the Trump administration. 

She had sided with the Federal Government to pardon a 63-year-old woman called Alice Marie Johnson, who had been sentenced to life imprisonment for committing a drug-related offense in June 2018. 

The reality star was cautious while being vocal about her work. She mentioned, though, that she could be working closely with the White House and assisting them with mercy petitions. 

However, it is obvious that the KUWTK star knows that her association with the Trump administration is considered to be controversial by many. In another interview, she said that she decided on her course of action after pondering what was better – to get slammed on social media or to save someone’s life. 

Kim Kardashian decided to opt for the latter. The mom-of-four also feels that people who are sitting behind bars are least bothered about who the country’s President is (via CNN).

However, she declared her support for the Democratic Party in 2016 and decided to cast her vote in favor of Hillary Clinton. The media personality mentioned that she decided to stand with Clinton as she felt that she could represent the country in the best possible manner. The SKIMS owner also felt Clinton was the most qualified candidate to become the country’s President. 

Meanwhile, the reality TV star is tight-lipped about what she felt about her husband Kanye West’s candidacy. While she did took to Twitter to retweet the declaration that he was running for office, that was it. 

This was before she publicly announced that her husband was ailing from issues related to mental health. However, she did not give any hint on whether the rapper was in a proper health condition to become the country’s President or not, according to Gossip Cop.
