Selena Gomez causes some hubbub amongst her fans during her Livestream on the social media platform Instagram.

The Livestream, which happened over the weekend, showed the blooming actress and singer having a virtual dialogue with actor Timothee Chalamet.

What fans noted was the 28-year-old songstress’s apparent IV tube on her arm. This causes some worry amongst her legions of fans as Selena is battling Lupus.

Several fans were able to identify the ‘tube’ on the arm of Selena Gomez after many screens grab circulated online. The actress has been flooded with concerned messages on all of her social media platforms.

Selena Gomez opened up about her battle with Lupus back in 2015. She then underwent a major surgery that saw to her getting a Kidney transplant. The transplant was successful because one of her best friends donating her kidney to the singer.

Gomez hid her diagnosis from the world but could no longer keep it in the closet after several hateful comments were hurled at her for her sudden change of appearance.

Her gaining weight a few years back and her round face were scrutinized by many of her haters. Still, Selena revealed that her medication, specifically the steroids she was taking for her lupus, caused edema and moon face.

She also opened up about her struggles with her mental health and disclosed that she was suffering from anxiety and bipolar disorder.

During her live stream, she was joined by fellow actor Timothee Chalamet and they talked about several topics, including the elections.

Selena goes on to say that she wanted to vote in person but could not for specific reasons. Fans then understood why, as the IV in her arm can explain why the actress could not go out in public.

The singer and actress have been an avid warrior for self-love as well. She has revealed her scars from her kidney transplant and has been praised for doing so.

Last month she was trending due to her photo, which clearly showed her scar on her inner thigh, she uploaded it on Instagram, and it soon created traction.

This particular photo was even grabbed and reposted by Princess Eugenie on her official Instagram, giving praise to Selena for her bravery.

Princess Eugenie, like Gomez, also has a massive scar on her back due to her Scoliosis.

Selena Gomez’s camp has not commented on the IV photos circulating on the web, but it is most likely that she is undergoing some treatment of some sort.
