Chris Hemsworth meditates underwater
In his recent uploads, Chris has been sharing his exclusive meditation videos on his Instagram page as he models and promotes his health and wellness application that goes by the name of Centrfit, People reported.
Aside from showcasing and utilizing his well-built physique, the actor also paves the way for his great sense of humor on the videos' narration. Chris's first video entry was posted on Oct. 26 (Monday); sees him meditating underwater but was eventually interrupted by one of his sons, considering they are twins.
As per Hollywood Life, the writing that reads, "The Affirmations That Positively Absolutely Probably (Most Likely) WILL NOT Make Your 2020 Worse," appears on the screen to commence the video, paving the way for the meditation session of Chris.
Furthermore, the meditation will not be completed with the voiceover of Chris's mesmerizing Australian accent as he poses the signature meditation pose underwater.
With the sophisticated view, fans and the 44.9 million followers of Thor couldn't help but gush over their idol's six-pack abs and muscular arms as he goes meditating only with a black boardshorts, showing off his body.
"Well, let's find that place together. Close your eyes. Don't breathe in because you're underwater," he cheekily said. He then asked the viewers to do the same and imagine themselves being far from the situation that one feels like is stuck lately.
As he began saying that there should be no interruption, his son came into the picture and somehow managed to disrupt his father. With the funny narration, Chris keeps on shoving his son away as he aims to entertain no distractions.
