Iris and Shinra go to the church in Fire Force Season 2, Episode 18. The new installment is called The Holy Woman’s Anguish.

The anime series's official website released the latest set of spoilers for Fire Force Season 2, Episode 18.

The spoilers suggest that Iris knows the connection between the sect and the religion and she goes to the church with Shinra. They are about to get baptized but an incident occurs in front of them.

The incident that unfolds in front of the duo leads to Iris’ worries deepen. In the last episode, the giant Infernal that has taken Nataku hostage continues to attack Company 8 and White Clad members.

Meanwhile, Shinra and others are trying their best to beat the Infernal. But it is way too strong.

After Charon’s brave attempt to stop a massive fire beam attack, Kurono says to Nataku that he almost took down all the town's weaklings.

Later, Kurono converts his arm to a sword and charges toward the Infernal and slices his arm off. Kurono tells Nataku that he has disappointed him and he feels Nataku is hopeless. Kurono manages to defeat the infernal and save Nataku.

He tells Nataku that he is still a child. Meanwhile, Charon reveals that he is exhausted and the White Clad should leave the Sixth Pillar for now.

In the episode, it is revealed that publicly it is reported as an accident while executing an Adolla Burst experiment.

However, it caused a large crater on the moon who had experienced the Great Cataclysm's damage. Meanwhile, the kids are in the custody of the Haijima lab.

In the meantime, Company 8 recommended that Haijima stop all extreme experiments that had Adolla Bursts as their main motive.

Kurono was the one who stopped Nataku. He may seem completely messed up in his head, but makes for a great partner who can balance with Nataku’s mental state. Company 8 could not find conclusive evidence that would link Evangelist to Haijima Industries.
