Ben Affleck’s girlfriend, Ana de Armas is, allegedly, trying to get on the actor’s mom’s good graces because she wants to settle down with Affleck.

Months ago, National Enquirer claimed that the Cuban actress was trying to impress her future mother-in-law because she knows how much Christine Boldt adored Jennifer Garner.

A source told the tabloid that de Armas has met Boldt once or twice. But now that her relationship with Affleck has become serious, Boldt is, allegedly, ready to put her to the test.

The insider also claimed that de Armas is keen on Boldt liking her because she is pregnant with her future grandchild.

However, Gossip Cop debunked the tabloid’s claims by saying that Boldt doesn’t hold the key to Affleck and de Armas’ relationship though the tabloid claimed that Boldt held the key to her future.

While it is ideal for in-laws to get along, it cannot be denied that being close to a future in-law can also be challenging. It is possible that de Armas wanted to impress Boldt because she’s committed to Affleck. And it seems that they get along well.

Months ago, de Armas joined Affleck and his kids on their trip to Georgia to visit Boldt. This must have been a wonderful bonding experience for everyone present.

Back then, People reported that Affleck, his kids, de Armas, and Boldt got along well with each other. This debunks the tabloid’s claims that the Cuban star was sweating bullets to impress Affleck’s mom. After all, it seems that she was able to impress her easily.

It is also untrue that de Armas is pregnant with her first child with Affleck. If she is, the news will most likely come from their reps or from the couple themselves.

Last summer, Affleck and de Armas have been photographed in public several times because they, reportedly, quarantined together. But in recent weeks, the couple hasn’t been seen together because Affleck is filming in Ireland.

According to Globe, the couple has decided to have a trial separation because they’ve been fighting nonstop. Since this is the first time that Affleck and de Armas were ever away from each other, they’re, allegedly, struggling to adjust.

It seems the tabloid forgot that Affleck and de Armas have been in the industry for years. So, they most likely understand what it’s like to be busy and away from their loved ones.
