Cameron Diaz has reveals what she and Benji Madden, her husband are doing so that parenting becomes easy for them. The actress accepted that though she did not want to be a mother in the past, she is loving motherhood now.

Former model and actress Diaz has shared the couple’s secret to handling parenthood in a better manner. The “Good Charlotte” rocker and the former “Charlie’s Angels” star had welcomed their first child in January this year through a post on Instagram.

The couple has named their daughter Raddix Madden. This Wednesday, the celebrity told Gucci Westman, a makeup artist, how she and Madden work together so that parenting comes easy to both of them. 

Many parents tend to crib about the lack of sleep after they have their baby. However, Madden and his wife have solved this problem by not sleeping at the same time.

Diaz mentioned to In Touch Weekly that while her husband goes to sleep late, she prefers to sleep early. She added that this arrangement works very well for both of them as parents. She can go to bed a few hours early while her husband does the later feeds with their little one.

The 47-year-old star also mentioned that she wakes up early to give company to her daughter in the morning and lets her husband enjoy his sleep. Cameron Diaz was full of praises for her husband Benji Madden for being a great father to their daughter. The actress expressed her joy at how well he takes care of their baby daughter. 

They put Raddix to sleep after bathing her. In fact, Madden does that for her. She referred to her husband as an “amazing father.” The star gushed: “I’m so lucky he’s my baby’s father.”

While her husband puts the little one to bed, she relaxes with a glass of red wine. Then she does her cooking and put on her show. The actress also said that she is overjoyed with her new role as a mother. There was a time when she was never even remotely interested to become a mom. 

In other related news, Diaz had previously shared on social media about how her life is after becoming a new mother under lockdown, CNN reports. She had mentioned: being a new mom to her daughter is the "best, best, best part of my life."

Cameron Diaz had also revealed that she and her husband Benji Madden are “having the best time.” Diaz had also shared that she loves preparing dinner for both of them.
