Meghan Markle’s life has been turned upside down after she married into royalty. The ex-actress who became the wife of the 6th-in-line to the throne two years ago has since left her post as a senior royal. She is joined by her husband, Prince Harry and their 17-month-old son Archie Harrison.

Experts believe that Meghan expected to be given a lot more roles when she was still part of the royal family. Unfortunately, she was not, and this was one reason why the Duchess opted to exit the firm.

But it has been alleged that Markle was to play a big part when Prince William becomes King. The brother of Prince Harry is third-in-line to the throne and will be King in a matter of years.

Garret Harold, the former royal butler, told Express UK that the Duchess of Sussex would take on several duties later on in her career as a working royal, much like how royals are now on behalf of the Queen.

Both she and Kate Middleton will be having more workload. This also means that Meghan will have more important matters to attend to than being just a wife to Prince Harry.

As of right now, it is believed that a big chunk of the reason why she and Prince Harry left the royal firm in March 2020 is due to the lack of responsibilities they were given.

In the past month, it was also revealed that Meghan instructed her team to ‘make her the most popular person in the world.’

The Duchess has been accused of using the royal platform to boost her popularity, especially now that they have divorced the firms and yet the pair still use their title.
