Holmes seems to be completely besotted with the celebrity chef because she does not hesitate to pack PDA, unlike in her six-year relationship with Foxx. The Batman Begins actress hit the headlines after the news of her recent romance was made public.

The actress has been snapped on several occasions cuddling to the 33-year-old restaurateur since the last month. Her reluctance to divulge details of her relationships have made the public, as well as, the media even more intrigued. 

The Jack and Jill actress has not yet commented on the new guy in her life. This Wednesday, the mom-of-one was seen in a navy blue peacoat and a black cap for her outing with her beau in the Big Apple. 

She donned a grey T-shirt and complemented it with a pair of high-waisted jeans. Holmes completed the look with a pair of black boots. Holmes was careful enough to not unmask herself while enjoying a stroll with her restaurateur boyfriend, Daily Mail reports. 

Meanwhile, Vitolo was seen sporting a maroon shirt with a pair of black pants and leather shoes. Their alleged relationship was out after being seen together on a dinner date. The new lovebirds have had no hesitation to kiss around the city, oblivious of the onlookers. 

This month, an insider revealed to Us Weekly that the duo is behaving like besotted young teens who were madly in love. According to the source, Vitolo is overjoyed every time the actress enters his restaurant. 

They embrace and lock lips like they were seeing each other after ages. However, the truth is that they keep meeting every other day. 

In other related news, Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes broke off in May this year, after they started dating in 2013. It was a low-key affair and the only time they made their public debut together on the red carpet was in the Met Gala in May.

Last month, a source revealed to Us Weekly that Holmes does not hate her former boyfriend. However, her feelings for Foxx have drastically changed and she considers him just as a friend. 

Sources also insist that the actress is ecstatic these days as she is comfortable in her relationship with the celebrity chef. The actress does not need to keep her relationship under wraps like the way she had to while she was dating Foxx. 

Katie Holmes was married to Hollywood A-lister Tom Cruise for six years. They got divorced in 2012. The actress and Jamie Foxx, reportedly, became an item a year later.
