Khloe and Tristan showed some PDA at Kim Kardashian's birthday party, which was teeming with all sorts of surprises by her famous family, including momager Kris Jenner breaking down in tears over her daughter's milestone, DailyMail reported. The pair attended the surprise bash, which was aired on Oct. 21 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

During the party, Thompson was photographed kissing Khloe on the cheek as the pair posed for a snap in a photo booth. While details about exactly when the episode was taped are still scarce, Us Weekly suggests that the party was held sometime after the couple's reunion.

The outlet also confirmed in Aug. that Khloe and Thompson were an item again. They came close while quarantining with their daughter True, 2. The 36-year-old Good American cofounder started dating the Cleveland Cavaliers player began dating back in 2016, before calling its quits two years later following reports about him cheating on her with multiple women even while Khloé was pregnant with their first child.

They reunited for a short period before ending their relationship again in Feb. last year. Thompson was caught getting cozy with Kylie Jenner‘s former best friend, Jordyn Woods. An insider told Us Weekly last month that Khloe has forgiven him for his previous behavior and is bent on moving forward in their relationship.

According to the source, Tristan is likely to go back to his old ways as soon as he is on the road and starts working again. Considering that the couple has spent a lot of time in a bid to heal from earlier mistakes, the source suggested that Khloe isn't really worried about him cheating again at this point.

The insider said Khloe is more focused on completely deleting the chapter from their lives and moving on, but she doesn't plan to forget about his wrongdoings at the same time. Another source said they have been doing well together during the quarantine.

Noting that the quarantine has brought them closer, the source said Khloe and Tristan have been acting like a married couple and are extremely comfortable with each other. The Canadian basketball player has been a great dad to True, and Khloe is hopeful about their future together as a family.
