Chris Hemsworth Pokes Fun At Director Taika Waititi In A Manner That's Ridiculously Adorable
Chris Hemsworth and Taika Waititi have known each other for long enough to mock each other. While Taika might have to wait for some time to find an occasion to mock his friend, it’s Chris’ time now to have some fun as he finds Taika asleep during the first script meeting.
Under the lovely, broad daylight, Taika was taking a nap unaware that Chris was on the lookout for an opportunity to rib his pal as they were out sunbathing. The “Thor” actor took to Instagram to share a snap of the adorable moment to give Taika an annoying amount of time dealing with what people have to say about him.
In the shot, Taika can be seen lying on the grass with his face facing the sky – and unusually wrapped up in a black blanket while also covering his eyes with a baseball cap over his face. All of that summed up into quite a scenery – and Chris definitely has eyes of an identifies as he didn’t miss it.
With the shot, the 37-year-old actor slipped in the most remarkable caption. The actor writes, “Terrific first script meeting for “Thor Love and Thunder” with our ever fearless leader Taika Waititi. My notes were so detailed and intense that the only way for Taika to fully absorb them was to roll himself into a tight cocoon and bake in the endless possibilities of where the film will take us.”
Chris Hemsworth further joked that the person who can be seen in the background was impressed with his storytelling skills.
Although a few reports have suggested that it was a meeting to iron out the script of the upcoming "Thor" installment, "Thor: Love and Thunder," it didn’t quite appear like one. Instead, it was more like a friendly get together between two friends who also collaborate professionally. As per reports, the movie will be shot in Chris’ homeland Australia, however, it needs to be officially validated.
In addition, the movie will see Chris return as the "Thor" joined by Natalie Portman who will play Jane Foster that was one of the main characters in 2013’s "Thor: The Dark World."
Chris Hemsworth’s upcoming big project is also one of many movies to come to a halt due to the coronavirus. Not enough details are available regarding the release or the entire cast of the film, but it’s expected to be around towards the end of 2022.
