Kris Jenner Blames Social Media For Ending 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'
Kris Jenner is a perfect businesswoman who loves to think in advance about business. In her latest interview with Beauty Inc., the 64-year-old television personality opened up about Keeping Up With the Kardashians ending soon and how the personal lives of the popular faces from the show will be available to the fans.
Firstly, Jenner believes that social media's power is tremendous on fans and it has the ability to change the game. The entertainment manager and author further accepted that social media has turned out to be a game-changer in the entertainment business.
However, the mother of six said that social media also favors her popular family as they don't have to wait for 'KUWTK' to exist to deliver the segment to the fans. When the show first went on-air, Jenner noted no social media platforms such as Snapchat or Instagram, but everything changed with time.
She acknowledged that viewers are not fond of waiting anymore and gone are the days when they used to wait for months to watch what happens in the next episode. The television personality admitted that everyone could reach out to fans in real-time and provide them all the information without any delays.
Moreover, Jenner agreed that social media is not only fast but also one of the most controlled ways to reach out to fans and deliver the message. She further said that the viewers could check out the products they are working on live, which would be a great experience for them.
"The consumer gets to see the products the girls are working on in real-time, and they know we're going to get it out the door pretty quickly," Jenner added. She further said that girls want people to be a part of the process and stay engaged. It seemed Jenner is ready with the plan post-show and she is clear with what she is doing with social media.
No wonder the family has started multiple businesses that have been successful such as SKIMS shapewear and KKW Beauty of Kim Kardashian West, Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner, Good American denim brand of Khloe Kardashian, and Poosh, which is a wellness-oriented lifestyle online site started by Kourtney Kardashian.
Jenner disclosed that she and all her daughters are always attentive towards the consumers and viewers. She appreciated that people are investing their time in their work and personal life for decades now.
