This Is How Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Juggle Work And Family Commitments Amid COVID-19 Pandemic
According to reports, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are self-isolating with their son at their new LA residence. While they are spending precious family time together, they are also doing their best to help the vulnerable and needy amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
It has been reported that Harry and Markle leave their residence only when they are acting as volunteers for an LA-based nonprofit called Project Angel Food. The charity distributes meals to all those people who are ailing from life-threatening illnesses.
At the same time, the Duke of Sussex and his wife are prioritizing family during the lockdown period. According to a report in People magazine, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex along with Archie, their 11-month-old child are in self-isolation at their new house in Los Angeles, California amid the coronavirus pandemic.
A source revealed to the magazine that the couple prefers to stay at their house as a family during the evenings. They are not known to entertain any visitors during the lockdown period.
Richard Ayoub, the executive director of Project Angel Food stated that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are concentrating on stabilizing their lives in LA through their goal of supporting others and various charity works.
Markle, for instance, allegedly wishes to show the city to her husband through goodwill and charity work. Ayoub feels that the couple shares tremendous “love and selfless between them.”
Apart from distributing food to the needy, the couple recently took part in Zoom calls. They interacted with people who have been drastically affected by COVID-19. The Duke took out time to get in touch with caretakers who are taking care of family members having complex medical requirements amid the ongoing global health crisis.
On the other hand, Markle called up her patronage called the Hubb Community Kitchen. The charity prepares and distributes food to the needy and hungry people in the United Kingdom.
The prince has reportedly indicated that if human morale is high, a lot can be done. However, he also agrees that “there’s so much that’s out of our control” at this point.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex along with their baby son Archie wished Queen Elizabeth II on her 94th birthday this Tuesday via a video call, Newsweek reports. Although the family is tied up with preparing for Meghan’s lawsuit with the Mail on Sunday this Friday, their charity work, and hiking, they made sure to take out time from their busy schedule to wish the monarch.
