Anne Marie To Take Meghan Trainor’s 'The Voice' Rotating Chair
Meghan Trainor has recently delighted her fandom with exciting news of her pregnancy. The "All For The Bass" singer announced that she and her husband "Spy Kids" star Daryl Sabara are expecting their first child.
Due to that, the 26-year-old won’t be able to be available to judge the upcoming season of "The Voice" UK. The popular singing show will return next year after being off-air due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Meghan Trainor’s absence due to maternity had led the makers to look for a substitute who could make a smooth turn of the camera to himself/herself without fans feeling the drift.
The makers have found the "Friends" hitmaker Anne Marie to take Trainor’s place for the next season of "The Voice" and probably further. Anne Marie has been one of the top performers on the UK singles charts – constantly ranking among the top rankers with songs such as "Rockabye" and "2002," etc.
With this, Marie will be a member of the all-elite coach panel of "The Voice" UK consisting of "Seasons" singer Olly Murs, Sir Tom, and Will.i.am. After coming to know that she has been chosen to be on the spinning red chair, the singer has said that she is ‘excited’ to join the panel of talented music stars Sir Tom, Will.i.am, and Olly on "The Voice" UK as the new coach.
The 29-year-old is not the only one who is psyched up, as a matter of fact, all the current coaches are also very excited to have Marie on board.
Sit Tom is sure that Marie will bring along an injection of new “fresh energies and ideas.”Additionally, Will.i.am also expressed his happiness about Anne Marie, the singer said that Marie is the perfect addition to "The Voice" team for the next season.
For all those who might have forgotten, Olly had recruited the singer as a guest mentor for his team last year. As per Olly, all that Marie had to give to his contestants was great and he is so excited to see what she has to say about her own journey. Additionally, the singer believes, Marie would be a wonderful coach in "The Voice."
He said, "She is one of the biggest female artists in the industry right now, so it’s great to have her join the team and also help bring the Essex ratio up! We are taking over!”
Anne Marie fandom is happy beyond to learn the news - what remains to see is how well she carries it out.
