Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank are, allegedly, leaving London ahead of their baby’s birth.

Life & Style published a cryptic headline this week about the royal couple. And at first glance, it seems as though Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank are leaving the United Kingdom altogether.

But upon closer inspection, the tabloid was simply talking about the couple’s alleged plans to live close to Sarah Ferguson in Windsor.

“So, they’re looking for a place in Windsor,” the source said.

Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank currently live in London’s Ivy Cottage, which is a three-bedroom property in Kensington Palace. But during the coronavirus lockdown, the royal couple, reportedly, spent most of their time at Windsor’s Royal Lodge.

“They really loved it. It just feels like home,” the source said.

This isn’t the first time that Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank were rumored to be leaving London. Last year, Express claimed that the royal couple may be forced to move out of their Kensington Palace home following Prince Andrew’s decision to step back from his royal duties.

Since Prince Andrew will no longer be receiving money from The Firm, it is unclear how he could be able to support his daughters’ lavish lifestyles. But it is also important to note that Princess Eugenie isn’t a working royal, but she is employed by a private company.

Princess Beatrice, on the other hand, lives at St. James’ Palace. But after her wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, the couple, reportedly, moved into the latter’s home. There were also claims that Princess Beatrice would be relocating to Italy because this is where her husband is from.

While speaking with New Idea, royal commentator Phil Dampier said that it won’t be surprising if Princess Beatrice would pack her bags and leave the United Kingdom for good.

“She has had to put up with a lot, having her wedding postponed, and also the furor over her father Prince Andrew and the Epstein scandal. She is not a working royal  and she deserves to be happy,” he said.

But until today, Princess Beatrice and Mozzi are still in the United Kingdom. And it seems they don’t have any plans to relocate elsewhere because Princess Eugenie will give birth in early 2021.

Since Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are very close, it is highly likely that the former would want to be around when the latter gives birth.
