Kane Brown Opens Up About His Daughter's Appearance In Music Video
Kane Brown recently dropped a new music album, Worldwide Beautiful and the singer explained why it turned out to be special. The 26-year-old singer revealed that his 11-month-old daughter made her debut in the latest music video.
The newly dropped video featured kids from all age groups and races playing on the street, which is completely destroyed. However, the video has a moment of goosebumps when the singer gathers all the children around him in the end while the street has grown flowers now.
While all the children are around the singer, Brown holds his 11-month-old daughter, Kingsley Rose Brown, in his arms. In an interview with Kevin Frazier, the singer spoke about featuring his daughter in the latest music video and called it an "awesome" experience.
The singer revealed that this music video was her first one and soon she will be shooting a new one. Brown jokingly said that her daughter is a "diva" now and in her second music video, she will be a “rider” and everything.
"But it was good, you know, to me -- I don't know for anybody else -- but for me for that video, how special it is to me just to have her in there as the new generation. Hopefully, it's something she can look back on," he continued.
Brown further explained the music video's lyrics and said that it talks about people looking at the world in black and white while they miss all the other colors. If someone wants to change their mind, then they need to look more than black and white.
The singer said that he wrote these lyrics one year ago before the pandemic started. He explained that people have been looking down on each other for a long time but they need to understand that everyone is beautiful. Brown said that this is what he wanted to deliver through the video.
The What's Mine Is Yours star said that no one deserves to be looked down based on their color and everyone should be loved equally. However, the singer emphasized that it all starts with the help of a new generation.
The singer said that the video's whole point was how the children help bring the change this world requires at the moment. The singer also revealed that one portion of the music video would benefit an organization that helps children to grow, play, and learn.
