Several fans do not know that Kim Kardashian had released a fitness DVD series in 2009. The KKW Beauty founder has proved several naysayers wrong over the last few years, proving that she is not all about having a pretty face.

Kim and her sister have come under fire from netizens several times for not being athletic, even though they stay fit and work out regularly. Some Kim K. fans came across a DVD workout series dubbed Fit in Your Jeans By Friday: But Blasting Cardio Step, the KUWTK star had released back in 2009.

A fan posted a 2 minute, 26 seconds long clip from the workout series to the KUWTK page on Reddit, and as expected, fans couldn't believe that the socialite was so well coordinated. One user expressed the shock claiming they have never seen Kim moving as much as she is in the video.

The fan added that Kim and the other two perfect looking ladies were so well coordinated that their brain is half-convinced this was an animation. Another user commented that they are trying to figure out if its really Kim or a body double.

Several commenters were not ready to accept that Kim had coordination, but she has proven her haters and trollers wrong on several occasions. Although not a fitness guru, Kim has led a healthy lifestyle while following a fitness routine for several years now.

Considering the kind of workout videos she posts to her Instagram account now, step workouts may not be her ideal workout like they used to be nearly eleven years ago. Regardless of the kind of workout she is doing to stay fit nowadays, Kim looks great.

It is worth mentioning here that she is nearing 40 and is the mother of four children, who she shares with rapper Kanye West. Kim and her sisters have been subject to criticism for building their stardom only on the basis of their beauty, but that's clearly not the case, because they have proved their abilities as experts at fashion, design, business, and branding.
