A well known Hollywood blogger has revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s 15 minutes of fame are now over, saying that the pandemic has made the popularity of the Duke and Duchess plummet in America.

Perez Hilton, a known gossip blogger in Hollywood shared his two cents regarding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to base in the United States.

Hilton shared that the royal couple were far more interesting back then when they were still trying, or struggling, one may say to separate themselves from the British royal firm.

The blogger pointed out that Harry and Meghan’s story of battle to get out of the royal household was what made them extremely popular in America, and now that they are in the land of the free, they have fallen to the less-known category.

He continued by saying that the Hollywood A-listers still care about the couple, mainly because Meghan Markle was an actress and an American.

But the majority of Americans don’t give a thought about Harry and Meghan since their exit created worldwide traction, claimed Perez Hilton.

Harry and Meghan have been appearing in many telecasted engagements that are put up in a much larger platform compared to what they had back when they were in the royal firm.

They were accused of being hypocrites by many royal experts for wanting to be ‘private citizens’ yet dabbling in scandalous themed engagements.

The appearance of the royal couple for Time’s 100 Most Influential People late last month has catapulted them on the front page.

Harry and Meghan’s comment regarding the upcoming US Presidential election was even criticized by recumbent POTUS Donald Trump.

They have recently been pushed into the spotlight again due to a rumor that the two are planning to do a fly-on-the-wall type of reality TV, which the royal family is dead set against.

The Sussex camp did vehemently deny these rumors but the possibility of Harry and Meghan entering the reality TV world is still a big possibility.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were also criticized for being the couple who had one of the highest carbon footprints in the royal family despite preaching about climate change.

Harry and Meghan were slammed for jetting off to Spain and France back in the summer of 2019, where they chartered private jets to fly to said countries.

Currently, the couple is concentrating on their projects with Netflix.
