The bitter battle between former couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been ongoing for the past four years. Without the two hitting a perfect agreement, the court battle continues.

Sad news for actress Angelina Jolie today as it was revealed that she lost the battle to remove the presiding judge of their ongoing custody battle, Judge John W. Ouderkirk.

Academy award-winning actress, Angelina Jolie requested that Judge Ouderkirk be removed as the presiding judge of the custody battle between her and ex-husband Brad Pitt after it was revealed that Ouderkirk is involved with several private recreational businesses with Brad Pitt.

Angelina pointed out that this could create an unfair advantage on Brad Pitt’s side knowing that Pitt could provide fees and a good living to the presiding Judge.

Last August, Angelina was hit by Brad Pitt’s lawyer saying that she was doing a ‘Hail Mary’- a term used in football to delay a game, by complaining and filing a removal request of Judge Ouderkirk.

Unfortunately, Ouderkirk still is the presiding judge for their custody battle.

Judge John W. Ouderkirk is not a stranger to the ex-couple. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie requested Judge Ouderkirk to preside in their 2018 wedding.

The connection between all three is quite apparent, but Angelina believes that Pitt and Ouderkirk are in corroboration with each other.

Brad and Angelina’s custody battle for their six children, Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 12, have been ongoing for almost two years now.

The ex-couple who could not decide on a settlement has been going back and forth with each other. They are also rumored to be in family therapy, which according to sources the two are not attending. The tension between Brad and Angelina is at its highest point after it was exposed that Brad had gotten a new girlfriend.

Brad Pitt was last seen visiting Angelina’s home in Los Angeles to see his kids last June. The actor was then photographed with his new lady in the South of France, which irked Jolie.

Now, it has been reported that Pitt is back in Los Angeles and has been wanting to see his kids, but Angelina has requested the actor to stay away because of the current pandemic.

Pitt is said to be in quarantine at this very moment and is getting tested multiple times last week for COVID to cut down his quarantine dates and to get to see his kids.
