However, on the bright side, she dropped her latest cookbook called True Comfort and her new jewelry collection is on the way for Uncommon James. In an interview with Lauren Zima, the actress and fashion designer opened up about her life status and said that she is looking forward to a new chapter.

It was the first time during the interview that she mentioned split with the 47-year-old bodybuilder. While she admitted it is hard for her to deal with the split, she explained how important it is for her to focus on her children at the moment.

"I have hard days, without a doubt, and right now I'm really just focusing on my kids and making sure that my kids are good. That's my only priority at the moment, and they're handling it well," Cavallari said. Moreover, she said her focus is to stay positive throughout the journey. Although there are days that make her feel extremely sad.

The couple was married back in 2013 while they broke the news of their split on social media in April. Cavallari and Cutler took Instagram to issue a joint statement following their isolation updates in the Bahamas.

The pair were spending time with their three children, Camden Jack Cutler, Saylor James Cutler, and Jaxon Wyatt Cutler along with two friends. However, Cavallari revealed that the couple has been willing to go separate ways and thinking about it for the last two years.

Cavallari admitted that the decision of splitting up wasn't easy for either of them. She disclosed thinking about the split for almost every day for the past couple of years. She quoted her mother, Judith Spies Eifrig who advised that Cavallari will know "when it's time" and she agreed with her mother.

The multi-talented star acknowledged that their fans might seem to be shocked by the news but it isn't the case with the couple as they already worked very hard to save their marriage. As per Cavallari, the duo tried to stay together for their children. However, it didn't work in their favor and eventually decided to part their ways.
