Jada Pinkett Smith’s mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris, and her daughter Willow Smith seem to retain their focus on growing and learning in the imminent episode of  Facebook Watch's Red Table Talk. A recently surfaced footage of the web television talk show shows the trio speaking with professor Brené Brown about her self-doubt, vulnerability, fear, guilt, and shame.

"So you're saying every choice that you make in taking care of yourself slowly builds that internal self-trust," Jada is seen saying in a sneak peek obtained by ET. Jada asks this question referencing the best-selling author's advice. "That makes all the sense in the world," she added.

Gammy goes on to ask the group if there were ever a time where there is too much of that and then turns to Jada to say that she sometimes takes on a lot. The 49-year-old actress doesn't shy away from admitting it, noting that she thinks it is a part of her co-dependency as well because she doesn't like to burden anybody.

Jada then goes to say that she wants to help everybody but is sure that she doesn't want anybody to feel like they need to help her. Co-dependency proved to be a sensitive topic, even for Brené, who jokingly tells the women that they should not even think about talking about this, hinting at several similar challenges she may have either overcome or still facing.

In the same episode, Willow opens up about a time when she felt shamed by her dad Will Smith and mother Jada. Red Table Talk will be aired on Facebook Watch on Monday, Sept. 28 at 12 p.m. ET, with other upcoming episodes with special guests such as Amber Rose, Ashley Graham, and Jessica Alba discussing mom-shaming and other similar topics.

On Sept. 25, Will Smith turned 52, and his wife Jada took to social media to post a series of photos of the MIB star. Although these pictures are an homage to Smith, they are rather cryptic and have since been removed from her Instagram account.

These nine images are hard to understand at first glance as there is no caption either explaining them. But when you look at them all together, the images posted by the Red Table Talk host created one large image.

Will and Jada have been married for 23 years, but their marriage hasn't been flawless. The couple opened up about their marriage on a Red Table Talk episode in July after cheating rumors about Pinkett-Smith began doing the rounds online.
