Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Reportedly More Likely To Welcome Another Baby Than William, Kate
Meghan Markle is reportedly more likely to welcome another baby this year than Kate Middleton.
Bookmakers Coral said that the odds for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to have a baby before the year ends are at 1-3. On the other hand, the odds for Prince William and Middleton to have a fourth child are at 9-4.
Princess Eugenie, who tied the knot with Jack Brooksbank two years ago, is much less likely to have a baby this year. Her older sister, Princess Beatrice is also unlikely to get pregnant after canceling her royal wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
“If there is going to be another Royal baby coming soon, we think that Harry and Meghan are the hot favorites to have it, odds on at 1-3 to announce they're expecting by the end of the year. We aren't ruling out a fourth child for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge either, whilst Beatrice and Eugenie seem much less likely to announce a pregnancy by the end of this year,” Harry Aitkenhead, the spokesperson for Coral, told Express.
Rumors about Markle and Middleton’s pregnancies have been rife throughout the past couple of months. Weeks ago, royal commentator Charlie Lankston said that it’s only a matter of time before the Sussexes give their 11-month-old son, Archie a sibling.
While speaking with Access, Lankston said that the royal couple would first have to settle down in Los Angeles before having another baby. Prince Harry and Markle also want to ease into their new routine before expanding their family.
However, there is no denying the fact that Prince Harry and Markle want more children. But the royal commentator said that they aren’t rushing into anything.
After all, the past 11 months since Archie’s birth have been very busy for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. They relocated to two different countries and quit their royal duties during this time.
“We do know, sources have told us, Meghan and Harry are hoping to have a second child. However, the two of them are very conscious about not rushing into it. Baby Archie experienced a lot of upheaval in his first 10 months of life, he’s moved to many different places. His parents have gone through a major transition,” Lankston said.
After residing in Canada for almost two months, Prince Harry and Markle moved to Los Angeles last month. According to sources, LA will be their permanent home.
