Kim Kardashian Encourages North During Her Paris Fashion Week Performance
It seemed the family just completed a full circle as Kim Kardashian praises her daughter North West, who is seven-year-old. Fans of Keeping Up With Kardashians are well aware of the moment when Kim's mother Kris Jenner said "You're doing amazing" in season one of the reality TV show.
The 64-year-old television personality encouragement became a meme material as she cheered her daughter during a photoshoot in which she donned almost nothing. The meme marked the first gig on social media from any reality TV series.
However, Keeping Up With the Kardashians' recent episode showcased a similar moment as Kim praised her daughter North. The event took place when North went on the stage at Paris Fashion Week during her father, Kanye West's show and performed her very first rap song in public.
The 39-year-old media personality opened up her feelings and said that she has been watching her daughter doing something on her own at Sunday Service. However, the mother of four admitted that watching her daughter perform in front of so many people is amazing.
The Dash Dolls star revealed that before this performance her daughter has never practiced this performance on stage. In fact, according to Kim, her daughter has never been on stage. The filming of the performance was done back in March before the outbreak of coronavirus in Europe and Asia gradually took place before the pandemic slowly made its way to America.
The Paris Fashion Week event happened when Kim and North were traveling while keeping safety and health regulations in mind with Kourtney Kardashian and Penelope, who is eight-year-old. However, Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian stayed in the Stateside because they were not sure if the event will be held due to pandemic concerns.
The family was grateful as the event kicked off without any problems and North made her first public appearance along with her popular parents. Kim shared her feelings following North's performance and said that she couldn't stop crying after watching her under the spotlight.
While the reality TV star admitted being happy for her daughter, she also confessed to being nervous regarding her future. The multi-talented star noted how confident North seemed while performing in front of the crowd. "She obviously gets that from her dad, and it just makes me so happy that she's not afraid to try anything. That, to me, was just so much fun to see," Kim explained.
