Israeli PM Netanyahu Brings Dirty Laundry To White House Every Time He Visits U.S.
The U.S. President Residence White House is a place of elegance, isn’t it? At least, one would not bring his/her dirty laundry to be cleaned, but some important personalities don’t take it that way.
The United States and Israel have been close allies for a long time and the bond certainly got stronger after President Donald Trump brokered the peace deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
That makes it the right time for a positive, funny, and friendship reports of the similar sort about Israel and the US to make headlines. Every time Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu makes an official visit to the United States, he brings along his dirty laundry to get washed here in the White House for free. The US government staff would clean it with all the delicate care and it would not cost a penny which is evidently a great deal for Netanyahu, it seems.
For foreign dignitaries, the US government offers dry cleaning and laundry services for free of cost. Last time, Netanyahu visited the White House, it was just a week ago on September 15. Apparently, both the nations are enjoying Netanyahu’s absurd but understandable attitude. As per a statement by the Israeli embassy in Washington, DC, Netanyahu’s washing demands in the US are totally alright, nothing weird about it.
The Israel embassy spokesperson shed light on Netanyahu’s visit to the White House for the peace agreement and laundries he got done in the country.
“These groundless and absurd allegations are aimed at belittling Prime Minister Netanyahu’s monumental achievement in Tuesday’s historic peace summit brokered by President Trump at the White House. On this visit, for example, there was no dry cleaning, only a couple of shirts were laundered for the public meeting," The spokesperson said.
The spokesperson added on to say that Netanyahu also got a pair of pajamas laundered, the ones he wore on his half-a-day flight to Washington from Israel. Well, that sums it all up.
This isn’t the first time that reports of Netanyahu’s abnormal laundry habits are coming to the surface. As a matter of fact, this has happened before in 2011 and 2018 as well when an official aide of the Prime Minister revealed in public. It's likely the Israeli Prime Minister will continue his natural laundry habits.
The relationship between the two nations is sure to be juiced up as this is something that doesn’t happen between everybody.
