Katie Holmes and Emilio Vitolo Jr. have been spotted exchanging PDA ever since they were snapped at the beginning of this month in the Big Apple. 

The 41-year-old movie actress stepped out solo on this Wednesday to complete some work in NYC. Her 33-year-old new boyfriend was conspicuous by his absence. 

The besotted actress wore a houndstooth coat for the outing and has been supposedly texting her boyfriend all day long. It seems the celebrity chef loves receiving these texts from her, a source told People Magazine. Vitolo is also smitten with the Batman Begins actress according to the same source. 

The Dawson’s Creek alum paired her thigh-length button-up coat with a pair of baggy jeans. She had pulled her gorgeous tresses back and wore green flats for the walk. 

The mom-of-one accessorized her outfit with an oversized brown handbag and wore a blue and pink face mask. The magazine's source further claims that Holmes and her boyfriend keep chatting to each other nonstop for hours. 

The insider added that Emilio Vitolo is “charming” and “flirty.” It is understandable why Katie Holmes is besotted with him. The duo was seen together outside his dad’s famous restaurant called Emilio’s Ballato on many occasions last week. 

The lovebirds were first spotted together on Sept. 1, 2020, at Antique Garage in Soho, which is a Mediterranean restaurant. The pair were laughing and engrossed into each other. Since then, Holmes and her boyfriend were seen several times exchanging some major PDA. 

Meanwhile, his father’s restaurant got a positive review from New York Magazine. The magazine noted that the restaurant features a “clubby” ambiance”. It is Emilio Sr. who makes a decision on the customers who should get a table. He also decides the sequence in which they will be served. 

Many A-listers in Hollywood including Bradley Cooper, Barack Obama, and Tom Hanks often visit the restaurant, which serves classic Italian cuisines. 

Just last week pictures of the actress and the chef kissing each other were published by Daily Mail. They locked lips outside their restaurant while his father was just a few feet away from them. 

The current week has been quite eventful for this pair. Vitolo ended his relationship with his 24-year-old fiancée, Rachel Emmons, via text. The handbag designer was, reportedly, stunned and was forced to return her home. 

Reports have it that Vitolo and Holmes’ camaraderie has been growing since October last year. It looks as if she was not concerned about his engagement. A mutual friend introduced Holmes and Vitolo for the first time.
