Katie Holmes can’t, reportedly, get enough of her boyfriend, Emilio Vitolo.

According to People, the Dawson’s Creek star texts Vitolo constantly every day. And it seems that Holmes has become obsessed with the chef.

“Emilio is very charming, flirty. It’s easy to see how Katie fell for him. She seems very into him. She keeps texting Emilio all day long and he loves it. He can’t get enough of her attention,” the source said.

Holmes and Vitolo first made headlines two weeks ago when they were photographed kissing and canoodling during a night out. Holmes sat on her boyfriend’s lap and they cuddled with each other.

According to tabloids, Holmes’ behavior with Vitolo is a far cry from how she was with her ex-boyfriend, Jamie Foxx. In fact, it took years for Holmes and Foxx to confirm their relationship.

But even though Holmes and Vitolo were just seen in public for the first time recently, People revealed that they have known each other for a few months. In July, Vitolo left a comment on one of Holmes’ posts on Instagram.

And just before the couple indirectly confirmed their relationship, reports revealed that Vitolo was engaged to Rachel Emmons.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Vitolo called off his engagement to the 24-year-old designer via text. And he sent the cryptic message on the day that his photos with Holmes made headlines.

“Up to this press coming out Rachel had no idea what was going on. He is a cheater, and this isn't a 'happy ending' story. They had concrete wedding plans in the works…now she is just left with bad press and forced to move home,” Emmons’ friend revealed.

As of late, Vitolo, Emmons, and Holmes have not responded to the reports. But tabloids are also saying that Holmes is aware that Vitolo was engaged when they got together. And yet, she still pursued a relationship with the chef.

And according to New Idea, it is unlikely for Holmes and Vitolo’s relationship to last because the latter is just using the actress for fame.

“He’s such a celebrity hanger-on… a real kind of name-dropping show-off. He craves fame, so he’s like the cat who got the cream. Everyone’s shocked that she would be all over this guy in such a public place. After hiding undercover with Jamie Foxx for so many years, it’s really not like her. She’s almost fluent in Italian now, having done a crash course in May, and she let him completely overhaul her kitchen so he can cook. It’s great to see her so happy, but it’s not going to last… this is all going to end in tears,” a source said.
