Prince Harry celebrated his 36th birthday today.

And New Idea commemorated the special occasion with 36 “surprising facts” about the Duke of Sussex.

However, upon closer inspection, none of the facts they listed can be regarded as surprising. After all, these facts are already known by Prince Harry’s fans.

For instance, the magazine revealed that Prince Harry’s full name is Henry Charles Albert David. And his first overseas trip was to Italy with Prince Charles and Princess Diana while he was just 8 months old.

The publication also listed all of the schools that Prince Harry went to such as Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. The Duke of Sussex repeated an entire year at Ludgrove School following the Princess of Wales’ demise.

In 2012, Prince Harry was, reportedly, caught smoking marijuana, and his dad became concerned. Since he was still a minor then, the heir to the throne took matters into his own hands.

He took Prince Harry to a rehab center so that he could learn all about addiction.

As he got older, the Duke of Sussex became involved with a lot of things. For instance, he learned how to fly a helicopter, he also launched Invictus Games, became qualified as a rugby union coach, and more.

Meghan Markle’s husband has also trekked across Antarctica for three weeks for charity. And it was Princess Eugenie who introduced him to his ex-girlfriend, Cressida Bonas.

The two dated between 2012 and 2014. They reportedly called it quits because Bonas struggled to be in the limelight. She also, reportedly, didn’t like being associated with the Duke of Sussex even with regards to things that didn’t concern him like her job and her clothes.

New Idea also mentioned Prince Harry’s star sign. Since he’s a Virgo, he’s, reportedly, loyal, hardworking, and kind. He is also currently sixth in line to the throne.

In 2016, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex went on a blind date after they were introduced to each other by their common friend. Over a year later, the couple got engaged.

And for their wedding anniversary, Markle, reportedly, gifted Prince Harry with a framed picture of their wedding vows.

While speaking with a Buddhist monk, Prince Harry previously shared that he meditates regularly. He has also stopped smoking since he dated Markle. And his net worth is, reportedly, estimated at $60 million.
