This Is How Queen Elizabeth, Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle Could Be Keeping Themselves Fit Amid Coronavirus Outbreak
Members of the Royal Family are scattered at their respective homes as a precautionary measure amid the current global health crisis. However, Queen Elizabeth II, Kate Middleton, and Meghan Markle could be utilizing their downtime to stay fit.
The current guidelines of the government enable any single form of exercise a day amid the coronavirus lockdown in the United Kingdom. The royals are in self-isolation and are conducting their engagements remotely. However, there is little doubt that they are not neglecting their workout routine even while staying in their homes.
Kate Middleton, Prince William’s wife, is known to be naturally sporty. She used to be an athlete during her school days. There is no doubt that she will indulge herself with a daily walk or run.
The Duchess of Cambridge is also a big fan of tennis and allegedly remodeled a tennis court at Amner Hall, where she is living now with her husband and three kids, HELLO! reports. The home also features a private swimming pool and so she could be also taking a dip occasionally to keep in shape.
Apart from tennis, the Duchess is fond of other outdoor activities such as rowing, running, field hockey, and skiing. According to reports, Kate Middleton works out for an hour daily and loves to swim with her children or run in the countryside.
Meanwhile, as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are trying to adapt to their new life in Los Angeles, there is no doubt that the Duchess will try to squeeze in some time for her yoga practice. In an interview given to Best Health a few years ago, Harry’s wife had revealed her deep interest in yoga.
She indicated that her love for yoga is because of the close bond she shares with her mom Doria Ragland. Incidentally, Ragland is a yoga instructor and Meghan Markle has been doing yoga with her since the age of seven.
While Queen Elizabeth II is now 93-year-old, it is believed that she is still passionate about horse riding. She started taking her riding lessons at the young age of three.
The Queen and Prince Philip are staying at Windsor Castle now amid the UK lockdown. Many wonder whether she has been on the grounds for her daily exercise or not.
While the Royal Family could be in a separate league altogether, they are celebrities in their own rights and are photographed quite frequently. They need to travel extensively for their engagements for several days at a stretch and interact with hundreds of people, Vogue reports.
Though the royals are unable to travel now, they could be utilizing their time to work out and exercise regularly. After all, the Queen, Kate Middleton, and Meghan Markle are known to be fitness freaks.
