Prince William, Prince Harry Chatting Regularly After Releasing A Joint Statement On Diana’s Death Anniversary
Prince William and Prince Harry are, reportedly, talking more frequently now that they have made amends.
According to Us Weekly, the royal siblings had their peace talks shortly before they released a joint statement on Princess Diana’s death anniversary.
“They had the perfect opportunity to break the ice and check in properly with each other for the first time in a long while. They’ve since had a series of easygoing chats over the past few weeks,” the source said.
The Duke of Sussex has, reportedly, been asking the United Kingdom and everything that’s been happening there.
“And William’s heard all about Harry’s new life in America. This has been very much needed for both of them and taken a weight off their minds,” the source said.
Prince Harry has also, reportedly, told Prince William all about his recent deal with Netflix. Before signing their contract, the streaming platform Quibi gave the Sussexes a huge offer. However, the couple decided that Netflix is where they want to produce inspirational shows.
Prince William, Queen Elizabeth, and Prince Charles are, reportedly, proud of Prince Harry and everything he’s accomplished in the United States thus far.
“They’re proud of Harry and Meghan for taking the bull by the horns and making such a huge deal without their backing or help,” the source said.
However, Globe recently claimed that Prince Charles is still helping Prince Harry and Markle financially, and he refuses to give up on the couple.
A source told the tabloid that the future king is shelling out $30,000 per week on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Prince Charles will also continue to give Prince Harry $360,000 annually from his earnings from the Duchy of Cornwall lands.
The insider said that some members of the royal family are urging Prince Charles to stop supporting the Sussexes financially. But since he’s close to his youngest son, the heir to the throne cannot, allegedly, abandon him.
“They have a very strong and close father and son relationship despite disagreeing over Harry’s move to the United States. The Prince of Wales has made it clear the door is always open,” the source said.
However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. Prince Charles has stopped providing financial support for Prince Harry and Markle.
Earlier this week, a source close to the couple announced that the Sussexes are financially independent of the royal family.
