Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are allegedly going on a trip to Cabo, Mexico with their friends.

The exes, who have stayed friends even after their split, don’t want to ruin what they have right now. As such, even though they’re allegedly open to the idea of getting back together, they are still weighing their final decision.

According to Heat, Aniston and Pitt are excited about their upcoming trip. The A-listers will allegedly be joined by Aniston’s Friends co-star, Courteney Cox, and their other friends.

“But these days they’re just enjoying being good friends and want to take their time before committing to anything. Jen has a few favorite spots in Cabo, where she and her guests are treated like royalty. Brad knows her friends who will be coming, like Courteney Cox, Jason Bateman, and his wife Amanda, and Jen’s manager, Aleen Keshishian and he always had a blast with them, so they’re both excited,” the source said.

The insider also said that Pitt agreed to go to Mexico with Aniston so that he could de-stress amid his ongoing custody battle with Jolie.

“Brad’s having a hard time with Angie right now. He feels trying to get the judge removed was a low blow. In the past, he might have avoided rubbing his friendship with Jen in her face, but he’s aware of what the rumor mill is saying, so why not embrace it?” the source said.

Meanwhile, OK! magazine also published a similar story this week. The tabloid claimed that Aniston and Pitt will be heading to Mexico to see if there’s a chance for them to get back together officially.

“They haven’t ruled out getting back together down the line, but they want to take their time before committing to anything romantic. Their big dilemma is whether to risk sabotaging such a beautiful friendship – that’s why they’re taking their time before making that decision,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Aniston’s friends think that there’s still hope for the exes to get back together.

“Brad and Jen’s friends are all hoping this trip will be the catalyst for them to get back together for good. They’ll be able to relax in a beautiful and romantic setting with the pressure totally off. Everyone’s keeping their fingers firmly crossed!” the source said.

However, one should take the claims made by the tabloids with a grain of salt. Aniston and Pitt aren’t planning a vacation together. They aren’t also thinking about getting back together.
