Prince Andrew Visit Balmoral: Asks For Queens Protection Amidst Crisis With Epstein Scandal
The British royal family has had a rough year as many scandals bombard the family one after another. Late last year the Sussex’s, Harry, and Meghan Markle were rumored to be stepping down from their senior royal duties, which proved to be true after the couple announced it in January 2020.
Now, they are facing yet another big scandal, Prince Andrew’s involvement with a pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein has thrown the family into a big upset. The royal family immediately tried to let the scandal die down, protecting Prince Andrew from more public scrutiny.
It was revealed that Prince Andrew recently went to Balmoral to spend the summer holidays with the Queen and Prince Phillip. Sources have revealed that the Prince visited not just to spend time with his parents but also to talk about his involvement with the child trafficking ring of Jeffrey Epstein.
Just a month ago a really transpired at the gates of Buckingham Palace calling out Prince Andrew and his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.
The prince was also accused of having an indecent affair with a 17-year-old model. Many of the underage women involved in the child trafficking ring has come out of the woodworks to tell their story.
Numerous photos of Prince Andrew together with Jeffrey Epstein and his wife were released before the court. The Prince adamantly denied any involvement and even allowed an interview regarding this affair.
The interview backfired and Prince Andrew was hit with heavy criticisms, the Prince ended up deciding to step down momentarily from any public engagements. He has yet to decide whether he will continue to work in the royal public affairs.
This is not the first bad decision that Prince Andrew was involved in. Her marriage with Fergie has been a very scandalous one. Prince Phillip is said to be in very bad terms with Fergie.
Andrew’s children, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have not yet visited Balmoral, back in the days it was Prince Andrew, Fergie, and their kids that would visit the Scottish estate every summer.
William and Kate were able to visit ahead of Andrew, they visited the Queen and Prince Phillip to show their support during these tough times. Harry and Meghan, on the other hand, due to the pandemic as well as their current location were unable to visit the Queen.
The Queen is said to be in good health but has no plans of coming back to Buckingham palace anytime soon. Rumors of here abdication has been up in the airs, and only has been amplified by Prince Charles return to Clarence House in London.
