'The Mandalorian' Season 2 Is Coming Back On Disney Plus In October
After a blast in season 1, the Stars Wars favorite series The Mandalorian is making its way back on October 30. Premiering on the streaming platform Disney Plus, The Mandalorian was being awaited for a long time.
Due to the pandemic, the post-production jobs came to a halt which delayed the release of the second part. However, it hasn’t been much due to being entirely filmed before the pandemic hit. The Mandalorian’s fellow series such as The Falcon and The Winter Soldier have been badly affected due to the virus.
Walt Disney and Lucasfilm announced the news today. The tweet reads This is the day. New episodes start streaming Oct. 30 on DisneyPlus.
Season 1 was hailed with overwhelmingly positive reviews by both critics and fans – and something similar in nature expected of the second season.
For fans who have been looking for Star Wars motivation, The Mandalorian may turn out to be an unmissable treat as it circles around beloved characters of the story. The series will include Rosario Dawson as Clone Wars character Ahsoka Tano, Timothy Olyphant, Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett, and also Pedro Pascal as Baby Yoda.
That’s not all, according to what’s been reported by Variety in the month of April, the season 3 of the series is also in the works at Disney Plus – and we may expect the confirmation on the same during the run of the upcoming part. No new trailer has been rolled out yet, but that may be expected around the end of the month.
Currently, The Mandalorian series is nominated for 15 Emmy Awards and one of them is for the Outstanding Drama series.
