Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are rumored to buy actor Mel Gibson’s 12 million pounds home at Malibu. An estate agent shared the news on her Instagram page last week. 

 

Andrea Pilot, an estate agent had posted on her Instagram page that Harry and Markle are buying actor Mel Gibson’s home. However, she removed her post later. 

 

The firm who is marketing the actor’s house refrained from making any kind of comment. It is being said that Pilot removed her post when a publication got in touch with her to get a confirmation on the news.

 

The agent also revealed that “X-Files” actor David Duchovny used to be the owner of this house. The agent added that she is unaware of who sold the property. She also revealed that the house has undergone a renovation in the past one and half years.

 

A source, however, claimed that the property in question was sold recently. When the source was asked whether the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have purchased the actor’s house or not, the source said that that the stakeholders have signed non-disclosure agreements. 

 

After the couple stepped down from their royal duties, they were allegedly concentrating on a house in Malibu, which is not far off from central Los Angeles. The luxury home offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, an “exceptional” kitchen, five acres of grounds, membership to a beach club, a gym, and a couple of swimming pools, Sun reports. 

 

Gibson has been trying to sell his Malibu abode for years now. The controversial actor initially listed his house for sale in 2017. At that time, he had quoted a heftier price tag of 17.5 million pounds for this oceanfront home.

 

In March this year, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shifted from Canada to the United States just days before the borders of the two nations were sealed off. The couple took a private jet along with Archie Harrison, their 11-month old baby. Naturally, the family will look for a suitable base now.

 

However, TMZ reports that the news of Harry and Markle purchasing Gibson’s home is untrue and there has been no such deal. It would not come as a shocker if the pair decides to purchase a house in the Los Angeles area. After all, both of them are known to have close ties with the showbiz industry these days. 

 

While there have been numerous reports about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry scooping up the Malibu abode of actor Mel Gibson, it spears to be simply a rumor, according to Observer.
