While Khloe Kardashian is, reportedly, back with her serial cheating ex Tristan Thompson, Kourtney hasn't been a part of a relationship drama recently. Apparently, she and her ex Scott Disick had enough relationship drama to last a lifetime.

A recently posted Reddit thread entitled "Saddest breakup," encouraged ardent fans and viewers of KUWTK to talk about some of the most upsetting breakups to take place on the reality show. Within a few minutes, the comments section of the Reddit thread was teeming with opinions, with one individual pointing out that the divorce between Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner was one of the show's saddest breakups.

Many people touted the divorce between and Kris and Caitlyn as the end of an era, with one viewer referencing a clip that showed them together when Kris was expecting Kendall. While their divorce was characterized by a lot of strength, and courage, it was still an unexpected change for the show's loyal fans and followers.

Rob Kardashian, who is not seen regularly on the show, stirred conversations among the audience following his romance with a former member of Cheetah Girls, Adrienne Bailon in the earlier seasons. Regrettably, things didn't go well for the young couple as Rob ended up cheating on the singer, and they finally decided to call it quits in 2009.

In the comments section of the Reddit post, fans shared the opinion about Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s relationship as well. Kourtney and Disick had an on-again-off-again relationship from 2006 to 2015.

While the couple showcased a strong on-screen connection to one another, they never seemed to be able to get it right. Moreover, they never tied the wedding knot, but share three children together. Disick, who seems to be doing extremely well at the moments, had struggled with addiction in the past, as viewers and fans can recall.

There's no dearth of individuals who would love to see Kourtney and Disick get back together, despite the negative qualities o the relationship. One fan said that although they hate the fact that they root for Scott and Kourtney because they are very toxic together. Neither Kourtney nor Disick have hinted at them getting back together yet.
