Mariah Carey revealed her experience being a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The 50-year-old singer and songwriter spoke about the interview with Ellen DeGeneres that held in 2008.

While there are many ongoing allegations and investigations that the 62-year-old host is dealing with, the latest accusation of Carey has fueled the fire even further. The clip of the interview has been resurfacing on the internet from a couple of months, in which DeGeneres could be seen building pressure on the singer to confirm the pregnancy news.

The host encouraged the multi-talented star to take some booze on the show to ensure fans about the pregnancy rumors. Carey said that she was forced to disclose her pregnancy and she had a miscarriage soon.

“I was extremely uncomfortable with that moment is all I can say. And I really have had a hard time grappling with the aftermath,” the singer disclosed in an interview with Vulture. At that moment, the singer already had miscarried and that was the reason she didn't want to inform anyone.

In the clip, Carey could be clearly seen as being uncomfortable as the drinks were offered and later she even declines politely but didn't work due to the peer pressure. In fact, in the video Carey said that it is unbelievable that DeGeneres did this.

The singer acted taking a sip of the champagne, which DeGeneres caught and confirmed that she is pregnant. However, later Carey had a miscarriage that wasn't disclosed to the fans for many years. After a couple of years, the singer announced that she is pregnant with her husband Nick Cannon.

The couple had boy-girl twins, Monroe Cannon and Moroccan Scott Cannon. Carey informed that she doesn't want anyone under the "proverbial bus". Although it is important to let fans know that she wasn't happy with that moment.

Carey said further that such delicate moments need empathy. However, it seems that the singer had sorted things with the host as she attended the show five times after the incident. Besides that, DeGeneres has faced various allegations including her producers who treated employees badly and created a "toxic workplace".

WarnerMedia had to initiate an internal investigation following the accusations and as a result, three producers of the show had to walk out. In fact, the host also apologized many times to her employees and gave additional perks to them such as paid leave, medical leave in case of emergency, and so on.
