Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down as senior royals earlier this year. Immedetialy after that, they took a big decision of moving to the US and settling up there with their son Archie Harrison. After around 6 months of their departure, an expert suggests that the decision of Prince Harry and the Duchess to move to the US may backfire.

Royal expert Marlene Koenig has expressed her fears that soon the royal pair will be called celebrities as opposed to royals, branding their decision as “crazy.”

In conversation with the Express, Koenig said, "I think for Harry that is going to be difficult to swallow. They would have far more privacy living in Frogmore Cottage behind the fences at Windsor Great Park than they will ever have living in a gated community in LA. Perhaps this is another stop before they make a final decision of where they want to set up home but I think LA is crazy. They become celebrities as opposed to royal which is two different things.”

Koenig added that if the royal pair comes to the UK for business purposes or something else, they will have the state department security – but they will not be afforded all of that as they are not here as the royal members in any capacity.

No matter what the expert has to say, Prince Harry has insisted that he is enjoying and loving life with his family in the US.

In the recent video from his multi-million dollar home in Santa Barbara, LA, Prince Harry said that his new life is “fantastic.”

According to royal experts, Prince Harry is doing it all for the happiness of Meghan. Well, in that sense, the Duchess has also done her part. As per the royal biography, Finding Freedom co-authored by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand – Meghan told one of her friends that she gave up all her life to be with the royal family, but it didn’t give her happiness, she was sad.

There is nobody to blame for Megxit. What’s important is that Meghan and Harry are happily living their life with their son Archie.
