Katy Perry 'Smile' Celebrations Began From Hospital Following Daisy Dove Bloom's Arrival
Katy Perry entered the Mom's club as gave birth to Daisy Dove Bloom. However, the new mom doesn't seem to slow down on the professional front as her new album, Smile has been released in the same week.
The mother of one took Twitter to share about her crazy week with fans. The 35-year-old didn't wait for too long after welcoming her first baby girl with Orlando Bloom to express how busy the entire week has been because of the record and baby.
In fact, the singer and songwriter went on Instagram to make a humorous remark on her lifestyle following the baby. The posted a picture where the mother is throwing baby towards her father in a hurry while the baby is still in the air.
With this hilarious picture, Perry captioned that this is her after feeling the baby and handing it over to her father in the wake of delivering another baby. She referred to Smile as her second baby and mentioned a hashtag that reads #SMILEISCOMINGlezzgo.
As stated, the album released on Aug. 28 and Perry ensured that the celebrations kept going from the hospital. "IT’S HERE! IT’S REALLY HERE! I finally got back my smile! Hope this record puts one on your face. #SMILE IS OUT EVERYWHERE NOW! LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH ENJOY (sent from my hospital bed lol)," Perry captioned.
The news arrived late on Aug. 26 that 43-year-old actor and Perry has been blessed with a bundle of joy into their world. While this is the first baby of Perry and Bloom together, this is not the first child of Bloom as he shares a nine-year-old son named Flynn with his previous relationship, Miranda Kerr.
The couple revealed the news through UNICEF in a joined statement where they expressed the immense joy of becoming parents with a baby girl. They informed their fans that the baby is healthy and the arrival was peaceful.
Although the couple acknowledged the fact that they are lucky enough to get these medical and health care services amid pandemic while there are people in this world who are facing various issues. The duo mentioned the shortage of trained health workers, quality healthcare, and more facilities.
Previously, the multi-talented star has admitted that she plans to raise her baby in a different way compared to her own childhood. While she had many restrictions growing up, she doesn’t want her baby girl to follow the same rules.
