Lea Michele Gives First Glimpse Of Her Baby Boy Ever
Lea Michele gave her 6.4 million Instagram followers a glimpse of her son, Ever Leo earlier this week. Much to the chagrin of her fans, she did not reveal his face in the picture but only showed off his cute little feet that the new mom and dad Zandy Reich are holding.
The 33-year-old Glee alum shared the adorable picture on the photo and video-sharing website on Aug. 26. Hinting at the newborn's name, she captioned the picture, "ForEver grateful for this true blessing."
This picture comes nearly a week after Michele and her husband Zandy Reich welcomed their son on Aug. 20. The actress' first week of motherhood has been nothing short of blissful, a source told E! News, stating that the new parents are using this time to rest and bond with the baby.
The insider revealed that their baby has been very calm and tends to sleep a lot, and Zandy has been having a lot of fun while doing his daddy duty. The businessman, who also posted the same picture to his Instagram account, has been an incredible dad, according to the source that revealed the new parents are doing everything together.
Reich, 37, has stayed by his wife and steps in every time she needs an extra hand, ensuring he is there at all times. Much to Lea's relief, she has also been receiving much-needed help from her mother as they continue to establish a routine without making a big hoo-ha about this.
Reports about Lea's pregnancy began doing the rounds online less than four months before Ever's birth and five months after she and her husband celebrated their first wedding anniversary. The happy news comes after a flustered summer for the actress, as her fans learned about her alleged onset behavior.
Lea came under fire from Glee fans after her former co-star Samantha Ware accused her of making her life a “living hell” on the set of the show. Ware opened up about the actress' rude behavior while responding to Lea's tweet about the death of George Floyd and supported the #BLM movement.
Taking to the comments section of Lea's post, Ware asked if she recalled when she made her first television gig a living hell, adding that she will never forget. Lea released a statement on Instagram in June, noting that she is just a couple of months from becoming a mother and admitted that she needs to keep working to improve herself and take responsibility for her action so that she can be a real role model for her child and help her child learn from her mistakes.
She apologized and said she will be a better person in the future from this experience. Lea also clarified that her tweet was meant to show support for people of color during this difficult time.
