The wedding between Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn is still a year away, but preparations for the couple’s nuptials are already underway, with Beckham’s mother Victoria, reportedly, making the wedding dress Peltz is going to wear during the ceremony.

The Daily Mail reports that the 46-year-old businesswoman and former Spice Girl is set to make a couture gown for the future bride. Peltz, for her part, is supposedly happy at the offer and excited to wear the dress.

The Sun has more details on the arrangement, quoting a source who says that Peltz initially had her eye on Lebanese designer Elie Saab’s work. However, the elder Beckham had showered the 25-year-old with gifts from her own collection which supposedly changed her mind about the dress.

The source says Beckham had wanted to keep the design of the wedding dress within the family and hoped that Peltz would consider her. Beckham is, reportedly, excited that Peltz has agreed to her offer.

Aside from the wedding dress, the guest's list for the upcoming Beckham-Peltz nuptial has also drawn attention, especially since the young Beckham is apparently looking to include Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to the guest list.

Getting the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in the guest list isn’t as far-fetched as one would expect especially since Brooklyn Beckham’s parents, Victoria and David, are known to be friends with the royal couple. Harry and Meghan’s wedding actually had David and Victoria as part of the guest list.

Elton John is also expected to be part of the guest list at the Beckham-Peltz wedding, since he is the 21-year-old’s godfather. Coincidentally, John is also said to be close friends with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Beckham first announced his engagement to Peltz in an Instagram post last July, where he described himself as the luckiest man in the world and said that Peltz was his soulmate. Beckham also promised to be the best husband to Peltz and the best father to their future children.

Since then, the couple has been posting about each other on their respective social media accounts. Beckham has shared a photo of the exact moment he popped the question to Peltz, declaring in the caption that Peltz makes him feel special and makes him laugh.

Beckham and Peltz aren’t the only people whose relationship has caught the eye of the public. The most prominent couple to do so far has been Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, who have confirmed their relationship on a podcast and made it Instagram official as well.
