Hollywood A-lister Tom Cruise was recently snapped while he was engrossed in a fearless stunt on a motorbike while filming his latest movie in the franchise titled Mission Impossible 7.

Cruise is known to have done all his stunts in the series based on the famous TV show of 1966. He has been performing these action scenes ever since the maiden big-budget remake got released more than two decades ago. 

The 58-year-old actor demonstrated his grit and courage once again and proved age is not a hindrance for him at all. The action scenes in question were filmed last week in Oxfordshire. By now, the locals have got used to these high-energy stunts. 

The Top Gun star had covered his face with a black mask when he arrived at the sets. However, the actor was soon seen jumping off from a bike but did not hit the ground because of the safety wires, which were tied to his back. 

The stunt sequence has approximately cost around £2 million making it one of the costliest action scenes ever made in Great Britain, Daily Mail reports. Meanwhile, in the last few weeks, the locals have found their rural tranquility shattered by the noises made by helicopters, motorbikes, and powerful cars. 

One of these helicopters also carried the actor before he jumped from it while at a height of 10,000 feet. A person called Martin Woods who resides nearby mentioned that the place was quiet until the Hollywood arrived and started shooting for the film. 

However, reports have it that Tom Cruise has defined a time limit for performing his stunts. It seems he would not be doing them after his 60th birthday. 

Meanwhile, the actor’s fans were too excited and took to social media sites to discuss the Hollywood hunk’s latest stunt sequence. Mission Impossible 7, the latest film in the franchise will also star other actors such as Ving Rhames, Rebecca Ferguson, and Simon Pegg apart from Cruise, NME reports. 

A source claims that Cruise wants to perform his own stunts in the last movie. However, he wants to stop doing them after turning 60. As such, the actor is eager to wrap them all up by the time he celebrates his 60th birthday in July 2022. 

Cruise’s net worth is estimated at around £430 million. The actor has been taking rest at an apartment in proximity to Harrods in Knightsbridge, which is costing him approximately £30,000 every week.  

It is being said that Tom Cruise has plans of living in the United Kingdom until the filming of the final Mission Impossible film is completed.
