Ellen DeGeneres is keeping no stone unturned. After apologizing to her staff members amid the allegations of misconduct, the 62-year-old is now ready to address her fans regarding the ongoing issue.

Yes, the host doesn't shy away to speak about the problems going on off-camera with her fans who love her on-screen charisma. The People's Choice Award-winning show has been under the fire for a long time now since the Buzzfeed article raised ex-employees and current employees’ voices.

Recently, The Ellen DeGeneres Show host was spotted on Aug. 22 in Santa Barbara with a friend. As DeGeneres headed towards a restaurant to grab lunch, she caught paparazzi's attention. She confirmed in a video talking to her fans regarding the producers and other allegations.

However, there is no disclosure on how the star will address her fans directly. According to ET, DeGeneres might address the issue during the show itself in some or the other way. Meanwhile, the upcoming season of The Ellen DeGeneres Show is ready to go on-air since Sept. 14.

While fans are enthusiastic about the new season, they are also looking forward to hearing what their favorite host has to say about the misconduct allegations that have stormed the industry for over a couple of months.

The comment of DeGeneres came after the latest benefits were announced for the staff members including the medical leave and raise in their payments. Besides that, the host also spoke with the staff members through a video call that addressed around 200 employees.

One of the people present in the meeting revealed that the video call acted as team spirit. Matt Donnelly, a reporter for Variety revealed that DeGeneres had tears as she considers herself responsible for trusting certain people.

"She seemed quite disturbed by accounts that you can't look her in the eye, the guests were discouraged from engaging with staff, All this to say, the end of that section of her speech, she did say, please look at her," Donnelly disclosed meeting details. DeGeneres also encouraged her staff to not only look at her but also engage with her. 

However, the co-executive producer Jonathan Norman has resigned from the show while executive producers Kevin Leman and Ed Glavin has also walked out. Stephen Boss who is known for freestyle dancing and who worked for the show was moved up to the co-executive producer's position. Boss has been part of the show for over six years.
