Meghan Markle's Return To Acting Is The Path To Financial Independence
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are on the solo ride, away from the royal family - and trying hard to be on their own. The Sussexes moved out of the royal palace in the month of March to set up their separate household away from England in the city of Angels.
This big and daring move was a part of the Sussexes' long-time search for privacy and independence. Fortunately, situations unfolded as they hoped – they were set free from the royal responsibilities and were handed complete freedom to live their life however they wished to.
However, it couldn’t go on for long as Los Angeles is certainly not the most pocket-friendly city to live in. As the Sussexes planned to settle down in a premium part of the state, they were forced to ask for financial aid from Prince Charles.
The royal pair was financially aided and they bought a marvelous $14.7 million house in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles. Support to the Sussexes from the royal house put them under questions. Royal experts questioned the pair’s truthfulness in wanting freedom - as asking for funds from the royal house is not the best sign of being independent especially for Harry and Markle.
In the Sussexes’ defense, they have been trying hard to make their business and charities go well. Lately, they even began giving knocks on the doors of production houses to sell their ideas. Prince Harry is doing late-night meetings with stakeholders of his sustainable travel firm Travalyst and Markle is using her Suits contact to strike a deal. Considering their effort, it seems likely that the Sussex pair will entirely be on their own intermittently.
Many believe that Markle's previous industry may be of help to the Sussexes. Apparently, the pair is also paying good heed to it.
Earlier this year, the Disney nature documentary Elephants was graced by the voice of Markle. In addition, Prince Harry has also joined hands with Oprah Winfrey for an AppleTV+ series based on the topics of mental health. Besides all that, the pair has trademarked their charitable foundation Archewell for TV shows and motion pictures.
All these are hints that the royal pair is seriously considering opportunities with showbiz. Although the couple is believed to be reluctant to be playing on-screen, it’s likely that producers convince them for projects that are relevant to them. The popularity of the Sussexes is undoubtedly sky-high and producers may even want to walk the earth to get them to act in shows and movies.
Once, the pair comes on the small or big screen, it’s certain that they will no longer be dependent on the royal member for money matters. In all likelihood, something important is cooking in the minds of the Sussexes which is expected to be out soon
