Megan Thee Stallion spent the past few days taking to her social media account to talk about a July 12 incident in Hollywood that saw her injuring her foot by two gunshots. The same evening reports indicating that the rapper was in an SUV with Tory Lanez at the time of the shots being fired began doing the rounds online.

During an Instagram Live session on Thursday, Megan Thee Stallion revealed that rapper Tory Lanez was the person who shot her in Los Angeles. On July 12, Lanez was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, while two other people and Meghan were in the vehicle with him when he was arrested, but the shooting took place earlier.

“Yes, this n—a Tory shot me,” she says in the video. She accused the rapper of shooting her and then getting his publicist to team up with some blogs to support his lies. Further in the video, she claims that she did not tell law-enforcement officers about Lanez being the shooter citing recent police violence.

She attributed her decision to remain mum about the shooting to her attempt to avoid more trouble. Meghan, 25, has spoken about the incident but refrained from identifying the shooter until now. She began revealing details about the incident in a series of social media posts over the past few days.

She took to her Instagram account on Thursday to share photos of her injured foot, but deleted them just a few hours later, Variety reported. Megan, accompanied by Lanez and his bodyguard and an unidentified woman who reports suggesting was Megan's close friend Kelsey Nicole had attended a party at Kylie Jenner’s Hollywood home earlier that day.

They were pulled over by the police citing a report of gunfire outside another residence - an eye-witness had given the police officers a description of the car they were traveling in. Earlier reports indicated that Megan's wound was a result of her accidentally cutting her feet on broken glass inside the car, she later revealed that she was shot, but didn't identify the gunman, who was speculated to be Lanez.

Megan was, reportedly, dating Lanez, who was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. Megan is seen limping from the SUV in a surveillance video footage of the rapper's arrest, with Megan leaving bloody footprints behind. In a message posted to her Instagram account, Nicole admitted that she was in the car with Megan and others, but denied being the shooter.
