Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi divorce rumors have resurfaced lately amid the allegations that the American television host contributed to the toxic environment at The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Speculations have it that the controversy has, already, taken a toll in their marriage and that they are, now, on a brink of breaking up.

In Touch Weekly, in its forthcoming Aug. 24, 2020 issue, claimed that Portia defended Ellen but she has, obviously, witnessed her wife’s behavior. An unnamed source told the entertainment news publication that the American-Australian model had no other choice but to speak up and show support to the host since there were only a very few people defending her.

One insider claimed, as per Micky, that Portia de Rossi has seen Ellen DeGeneres in her worst behavior. The Ally McBeal actress, allegedly, understands her wife’s “controlling behavior” and the “cold way” she treats people since she has, reportedly, experienced it all herself.

Though Portia is standing by Ellen at the moment, anything can, allegedly, change anytime. The tipster added that the model has seen her partner’s good side but she, also, “has seen her give people the cold shoulder and looks that could kill.”

The present controversy Ellen DeGeneres faces has, reportedly, put a lot of strain on her marriage. The host and her wife, allegedly, were at the breaking point already but Portia de Rossi is not planning to leave Ellen when she is at her lowest.

In Touch Weekly, as per Film Daily, even cited a source saying that Ellen and Portia have been feuding nonstop. It even stated that what the pair is going through right now is more than a “rough patch.”

Portia is, reportedly, waiting to see what happens to the talk show and she might, finally, have the courage to abandon Ellen once everything is settled. The source said that Portia knows everything about Ellen, and it would be a nightmare for the host if her own wife betrays her, especially during divorce proceedings.

Both Ellen and Portia have yet to comment on these reports. However, with In Touch Weekly’s reputation for publishing articles based on the statements of its undependable sources, this could be another groundless claim waiting to be debunked.
